Shipping policy

Shop order shipping prices are calculated at checkout - orders in the shop section above £40 value will incur an additional shipping charge.

We have weight and size restrictions on orders that we send with our courier, Royal Mail. Any orders that exceed 2KG will be sent in multiple boxes and may arrive to your destination on different dates.

We allow up to a week for parcels to be delivered in the UK and 35 business days for parcels to be delivered internationally. Please only get in touch with us if your parcel has not arrived in this time frame.

UK parcels are on a 48hr service.

Orders are only tracked in the following countries – Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion, Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates.

If your country is not listed above, we do not have any tracking information available. Please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived within 35 days of the day it shipped.
